For 30 years CAROL KURDELL has FOUGHT to give ALL students greater educational opportunities, no matter their ultimate career choice! She also thoroughly understands the job of a Board member is to improve and maintain an effective, efficient organizational structure that lets the superintendent and administrators manage the schools, teachers teach and students learn. Yes, evaluating and adopting policies, monitoring and adjusting district finances, managing the collective bargaining process with the various unions and serving as a judicial and appeals body when differences go unsettled is equally important.
She also works hard with her fellow Board members and the District staff to create a positive vision and image for the district's schools.
